A Brief Check-In with Harvey & Bella
As part of our ongoing commitment to holistic healing, we’ll be conducting a Reiki check-in session with Harvey and Bella, who have their own unique rhythms and daily activities. Both are an integral part of their family’s emotional ecosystem, and we aim to harmonize their energies with their human counterparts during our session. Here’s what they shared in their sessions:
Bella said Bella does not always have the capacity to understand Mom and Gram. Gram seems to relish challenging Mom on everything. Bella sometimes embraces solitude. When Mom and Gram, Bella and Harvey are in a peaceful state of beauty and grace that is great. Mom isnt able to eliminate the negative issues from Gram because Mom loves Gram who loves Bella , loves Harvey. Mom does cherish Gram, Bella, Harvey and helps everyone thrive together. Lots of determination on Mom’s side and Bella can push on Mom too much sometimes. Bella knows that going for a walk resolves many issues in Mom’s head and Bella’s too. Bella keeps Bella’s mind open even when Bella has unshakeable certainty that Bella should be boss.
Harvey is just Harvey. Mom is right about the food . Yuk. Mom should taste the food before Mom makes us eat it. Consider how important food is. Bella is full of rancor every day. Mom knows what has priority at home. Bella needs to make a little more effort in listening to Mom not Gram. Harvey likes Gram because Harvey knows sometimes its hard being Gram with Mom the person in charge. Real life adventures here. Harvey likes all the kind words spoken because it echoes in Harvey’s heart. Harvey likes to embrace silence because then Harvey can recharge the energy to be Harvey.
Why is it So Important?
Pets are attuned to our emotions. Their wellbeing is deeply connected to our emotional states. If we are under stress, they mirror that stress. On the other hand, their joy is often an extension of our own inner happiness.
