Mauri’s Mom shared with us:
| Mauri has just moved in with us 1 month ago. He came to us as Rescue dog from another country (same as Kassu the cat and Ilpo who passed away in january that you have healed in the past). As he has lived most of his life in dog shelter (was left there with his siblins at roughly 2 month old), everything is still quite new for him. I want to offer him a reiki session to help let go of any past trauma and help him feel at home and welcomed in our family as he seems to be a wonderful and great dog. But although he has come a long way (espesially when compared to Ilpo who feared everything for quite some time when he came to us), he seems to be more causious with strangers and with my 8-year old son and does have a tendency to growl to them. I trust this goes away in time, but at the same time I will receive any help reiki can help for him to feel more relaxed with people and espesially with my son. He seems to be a bit more ok with my 6-year old daughter. |
During Mauri’s reiki session he shared:
Mauri said Mauri is still trying to adjust to the forever home and family. For Mauri’s life seems to rush between mundane and madness. Mauri’s struggle is finding some balance which is elusive . Mauri is opening to all the possibilities to having a home and family. Mauri is still learning the sounds, smells, tastes of Mauri’s life today. Mauri’s life in a shelter has made Mauri push through adversity. For Mauri this has been more than a tough patch. Mauri keeps moving and leaving the past behind. Gentle loving kindness is the solution to so much past pain , loss and abandonment. Mauri feels the love and kindness surrounding Mauri from the guardian angel. Mauri feels the transmission of love from Mauri’s family too.
From Mom:
Thank you for the session and the angel he can get love and calmness if needed. Mauri is such a wonderful dog and I believe he is perfect addition to our family when he gets used to his new life in the coming months. I’m glad I was able to give him some extra support to get him settled and feel at home with your help 🙂
