Many of you that have been with us since the beginning know of Coco. She’s the funniest, wittiest dog we know. We would have sessions with her and by the end streams of tears would be down our faces because we were laughing so hard.
But today it was tears of sadness . It was time for her to transition. I have written countless posts on Coco. The more posts on this dog than any other dog or cat. We had monthly sessions with her for years not because she was sick but because she always had something to say.
Today, she wasn’t feeling well and this was the first time that she had nothing funny to say. We knew something was wrong.
Coco said Coco cannot understand the pain in Coco’s body. Coco thought maybe old age- this is more than this body Coco’s soul is residing in. Coco’s mind cannot fight the pain because it prevails. Coco has tried to eat but Coco’s body , mind just are too tried. Just moving around for Coco feels like Coco is running a risk for more pain. Coco does feel grateful that Coco was not left behind while Mom was on another adventure. Coco just can’t manage making any requests or demands on this body Coco’s soul is living in.
Mom did the most loving thing. She let and assisted Coco to transition. The most difficult day for her. The hardest day is when our fur babies transition . Even though we knew she was going to be a better place it’s so difficult .
We were gifted with the time that we could tune into Coco right as she was transitioning and we share this from love from Coco:
Her sense of humor was back:
Coco said Coco does not want Mom to be so sad. Mom remember all the great times together . Coco feels so blessed because Mom came into rescue Coco. Coco does believe Coco taught Mom many , really a lot of valuable life lessons. Mom, Coco’s guardian angel is here … guiding Coco to the other side. Heck Mom thank you thank you thank you no pain …. and so many spirit animals. Mom this is amazing journey to be here and Im still with you Mom. Coco always felt very powerful in LIFE NOW in Spirit Coco knows REAL POWER. Coco will be stopping in to check on you Mom. Coco is glad you were with your Mom … Gotta run and have some fun.
Such a blessing they are in our lives. As Blueberry shared, love never dies.
We love you Coco forever.
