Time for our monthly check in with Coco. Coco always has words of wisdom to share with Mom. Her humor and wit has always made us laugh.

No arguing with Coco: 

Coco said Coco wonders why Mom is so resistant to getting some much needed exercise. Coco is wise, yes wise enough to realize the benefits  of these few walks a day.  Coco needs to talk not to eliminate Coco’s waste but to lubricate Coco’s joints and help Coco’s muscles retain some strength. Coco finds its an oxymoron that Mom – the nurse finds these little walks annoying when Mom is missing out on all the health benefits and yes you are welcome Mom because Coco take our health seriously and Coco feels Coco and Mom cannot just eat snacks and take naps. Out and up for mom and Coco. Life is for living.
