I have so many questions for Earl! Is Earl a boy or girl? I went with Earl because of the tea. Does s/he know that’s what I call him/her? I bet Earl has a few other names because I know I’m not the only one to feed Earl and two tuxedo cats and a black cat (who caused a Licorice and Coconut fight years ago and that Licorice called a bully) that I think are all liter mates. Someone in our neighborhood does TNR and they’re all ear-tipped. But the other cats don’t come around as much anymore so I wonder if Earl has something to do with that? AND what does Earl think of Licorice and Coconut? They seem okay with Earl visiting (but the black cat gets them both riled up). I love looking after Earl and worry sometimes when he misses a feeding. I also want Earl to know that I might be gone a night or two over the summer but I’ll be back to offer more service! (I even bought polar bowls that I can put in the freezer so food and water stays cool.)
When we connected with Earl: He was definitely a boy : ) Earl said Earl can be your “Duke”! Of course the Duke of Earl enjoys the attention from Brandie because Brandie does not try to change the Duke’s behavior. Brandie is very interesting to the Duke because Brandie does not present any preconceptions with Brandie’s Duke of Earl. Brandie’s boys Licorice and Coconut are interesting because
We heard back from Brandie: I don’t care what Licorice and Coconut say, The Duke is alright with me! I haven’t seen him in a few days, but kibble has been eaten. It’s been so hot. But, I know they are all strong, smart cats.
