Request came in for Kayce:

Name: Kayce
Age: 11
Issue: she has been having a horrible time for the past 2 months from what appears to be Rabies Vaccinosis. She has had accupuncture, chinese herbs, arnica for pain, and is now getting laser treatment. She eats great one day and appears to be getting more pep to her step and wagging her tail, and then she stops eating for a day or more, cries out in pain, and is moving very slowly.
She was a vibrant dog prior to October 29th. When she went in for all her blood work, xrays, and rabies shot on October 21, the doctor exclaimed that she was in great shape and that the xrays looked like a 7 year old dog, not an 11 year old dog. Then one week later.

Kayce said Kayce doesn’t like the discomfort that washes over Kayce. This body is not who Kayce is. Kacye is NOT attached to this illness either. Kayce tries to abandon the body sometimes. Mom is in charge and Kayce knows that Mom is sad because Kayce is not feeling good. Kayce has some underlying power that keeps helping Kayce managing the imperfections of this body. Kayce does feel very grateful for Mom ‘s loving kindness every day. Kayce will always be connected to Mom . Always! Kayce loves Mom’s cuddles because they transmit Mom’s love to Kayce. Wow, no Kayce has 2 angels taking care of Kayce. Mom is angel number one and this guardian angel is a close second.

We heard back from Kayce’s Mom:

Thank you Ming.
She had her laser treatment about an hour before your Reiki session. After we got back from her treatment she ate 2 cans of sardines and a bowl of dry food (finally! Saturday was the last time she would eat anything).
For your session,she was lying down around 3pm but abruptly got up around 3:15 and went outside to pee. Came back in and I got her settled back down. She was totally relaxed then until around 3:45 p.m. when she sat up, looked at me and laid back down. Interestingly, when I was doing a check in (I work with angels and guides using a pendulum for communication) around 3:45 p.m., I asked about how many Angels Kayce has and the answer was that she has TWO! 🙂

She seems to be in better spirits this afternoon/evening, and I got her out for a little walk about this evening. She is resting again now.

I do not want to prolong her pain, but I also do not want to give up too soon. It is always such a difficult thing to know where you are on that scale.
