Jesse took me out this morning for her morning walk. I say Jesse took me because I may have a hold of the leash but Jesse always has a path she wants to walk. Today it was the Venice Canals which is close to our home. It was a beautiful crisp morning here and the walk was spectacular. While were walking Jesse was sniffing all the spots of interest along the way. This gave me extra time to appreciate my beautiful surroundings. I noticed the canals were filled with so many white cranes and egrets. As far as my eyes could see on both sides of the banks of the canal were all these magnificent white birds fishing, standing , walking and filling me with awe. What a sense of gratitude washed over me just to be here for my eyes and soul to partake in the beauty of these moments. I wanted to yell everyone comes see God at work this is the beauty of our nature coming together for us to celebrate. This was more spiritual than any church service that I have ever attended. I truly felt the presence of God and the angels, the spirits surrounding Jesse and I with such love and kindness. My heart sang my soul soared and realized this happens so often on these magical walks with Jesse. What a blessings she has been in my life and continues to open me up to be so much more. I was lucky enough to have my cell phone with me on this walk so I can post the photos I tried to take to capture the bliss of my morning walk with Jesse.
