Lucky: 10 year old horse. She had a loving home and was well cared for. She is blind as a result of a fire which destroyed her home and her family gave her to the rescue farm. She went blind gradually over the last 6 months and just went completely blind over the past 6 weeks which has been very difficult for her. She is increasingly scared and anxious, especially when left alone and when separated from Snickers. She still loves everybody and is always ready to greet anyone with a smile! 
Lucky said Lucky could sense your presence and there was no fear from within. Lucky feels alarm from most noises and movements but not from you. Lucky likes the calm that washes over Lucky as you came near. Lucky does feel a lot of the same love and kindness from many of the humans who reach out and embrace Lucky with their healing touch also. Lucky feels this inner healing energy and knows that Lucky will use the source to help Lucky feel strong and safe. The guardian angel that appears before Lucky feels amazing too. This is so powerful that Lucky can just relax and let go, trust. Lucky is loved, protected and the peaceful presence is all around. Lucky likes drawing that feeling from within to stay calm and all the other wonderful supporting parts make Lucky feel at peace.
Lucky and Snickers were sad today as well, although there is a new calm expression in their eyes and in the way they carry themselves. Lucky and Snickers are definitely calmer and seem happy and content deep down in their souls. Thank you! We are all working through the loss
