Balto said Balto never needed more of anything until Balto had more. Now Balto can say this is not too much but a perfect amount of healing energy for Balto to start spreading around the house and family. The endless supply is a wonderful bit of knowledge for Balto to remember. Balto started healing within because Balto believes it is to start with oneself. Balto really wants to do this healing daily on Balto. In awhile Balto can imagine sharing the healing with Mom, Dad and the rest of the family. Right now because it is a new experience for Balto and it feels like a meditative process deep within that Balto feels Balto should continue to heal thyself and then others. Balto does relax and go deep inside and find a place of calm and relaxation that is amazing. Balto feels so good and grateful for these sensations. Balto will continue to work on everything and reach into all the possibilities of the healing within.
