Belle said Belle begins by checking in and with all of Belle. For Belle its a way to go on an internal investigation. How are Belle’s toes? How are Belle’s ears? How is Belle’s heart? you get the general idea of Belle’s internal check in process. Its a lovely way to be with one self. Belle really takes the time in a meditative way to relax and heal whatever needs healing within. Belle has been keeping a watchful eye on Mum. Belle cuddles with her and sends all Belle’s love and healing to generate the cells in Mum. Belle feels very peaceful and has been taking the time to rest and just be because this is important for Belle.

What a great student she is, for often when we do Reiki sessions we just start from the top of the head down to the toes. We love that Belle is healing herself and her Mom. Her Mom did say Belle’s cough was less after the attunement!
