I have an approximately 2-year old sweet Pomeranian.He is a rescue. I’m his 4th owner. I got him when he was 10-11 months. His first owners were drug addicts and beat him. He was found on the side of a freeway. When I got him he was nervous and had a really bad habit of trying to nip people to protect himself. He never bit anyone. I became a strict disciplinarian and corrected most of his behaviors. He is now so well-trained except for excessive barking around other dogs and people. I am living with friends in Los Feliz and he has been barking for hours when I leave for work which he has never done before. Please help
