Belle does not know of a sore throat Belle only knows cough, bark and reflex. Belle does not know “sore”. Belle is aware that sometimes Belle is startled at times because of a nervous feeling inside Belle but Belle does not know why or where either. Belle thinks the nails will hurt so Belle panics so Belle tries to avoid this too. Belle will remember to listen to Belle’s angel so Belle wont feel that nervous stuff. Belle’s guardian angel can surround Belle and then Belle will feel the protection down low and close. Belle is going to to the healing energy within to stay calm. Relax Bell is what is now planning to do. Just to relax Belle.

Well Belle is certainly relaxing today 😀 she has slept though most of the day – which I assume is also a good sign for the healing to work
