(Post by Candy) When we first entered the room it was so wonderful to see so many old friends. Lots of hugs and chit chat, touching base and reconnecting for a few minutes. Then in our seats and ready to begin. I start to have a terrible headache because of the tremendous energy in the room. After moving through that we all were transfixed with Sri and Kira. Their words and AA Zadkiels message was so powerful.

For me, it just validated all the words I have been writing, blogging and sending to all of you. It again is the same message I keep hearing to share with everyone. YOU are the one. That each of us is the center. In this world, we are enough. We need to remember to put ourselves first and love ourselves. Then all your words and deeds will come from your heart. Our words have an enormous effect when spoken or written. Use positive thoughts so you can speak and write positive words and statements.

Words matter so speak with kindness and from your  heart.
