This will allow you to start that self love flowing within. You need to really see the beauty and wisdom that IS YOU. Appreciate all the gifts you possess and your self confidence will follow. Your coat of extra pound protection will no longer be needed for you. It will slowly fall off of you. The power of self love to dissolve this layer will thrill you! Thank you thank you thank you. I feel like there were pieces put back together, like a puzzle jiggling into place. The anxiety in my solar plexus lifted. I feel calmer than I have in weeks. I am excited to see it all fall into place as the shift settles into me. You are such lovely ladies and I so grateful for the love and powerful light you directed me way. I feel like I will be in touch for — more sessions–but also tell you some amazing things that have shown up in my life in the next week or two! HA! That just felt right to type!
