The session was wonderful!  Right when it started, Bram (cat) came to me and approached almost as if he were in awe, he sat staring at me for several moments then settled himself at my feet, he was purring so loudly I could feel his vibrations!  I had that nice warm feeling in my hands that I get when I have the Reiki sessions and another sensation that I always used to call “ghost taps”  I’ve been told that they are sort of muscle spasms, but it is a sensation that feel like someone lightly poking you.  Do you know what I mean?  I was getting them all over my arms and my lower legs.  I felt a pressure in my forehead.  Then I was showed memories, nice memories of when I was a child with my Grandmother, peaceful little glimpses of love.  I did not fall asleep this time, but was very relaxed.  Bram stayed with me for quite some time, this is new for him, he has been more cuddly lately.

 

I woke up with a little headache this morning, but I think that a lot of my recent problems is because I have not been drinking enough water and have been doing a lot of stress eating bad foods… It’s a problem of mine!  Hopefully Cyprus can help me with that as well….

 

So how do you email your angel?  I have started asking for help, for guidance… I know it’s going to take practice.
