My Avesa training gave me balance. If you can imagine someone standing next to you with an amazing tuning fork and then the ringing of the fork – This has (Avesa) put me in balance. My body and my soul became untied so I could become authentic in my life and my energy work. The Avesa helped me realize where my strengths were and how to improve the areas of me that need development. I now take the time I need to give to myself. I do daily mantras which begin my day with a celebration of the gratitude I feel. I am now more connected to my spiritual self.

I now do my energy work using Reiki along with the Avesa. I feel the Avesa gave me another very powerful tool to apply during a session with each client. Incorporating the two (Reiki & Avesa) I see the most incredible results. The client’s testimonials astonish me so many times. You always believe you are doing your best to help either a fur baby or a human with your healing energy.
