We got a request for a Reiki session for that dog. This is what the message said on the website. This poor older girl was found tied to a fence at a local school. Sweet Pea is a very happy-go-lucky gal who walks well on the leash and is very friendly. We can’t understand why someone would abandon her.  Our client was going to take her home that day but she was sent to the Vet.

I had the common reaction that many of you did on our fan page- anger.  But Candy told me this. Think how depressed this family may have been, they could not care for themselves nor for their dog. Too ashamed to take it to a shelter they thought school- at least she’d be found right away.  Well.. I thought about this for a second and thought, yes true.  And so as we began to connect with Sweet Pea… it was a wonderful connection to a very SWEET soul of a dog: (cute after Rescue, after Reiki pic!!)

SweetPea is a sweetie!!!! She said Oh my, oh my, oh my!! All this love and attention for Sweet Pea! That’s me! Sometimes Sweet Pea thinks everyone had walked away and forgot SweetPea.But no not now! Especially this Reiki makes SweetPea feel loved. yes, SweetPea knows all about Sarah. Sarah is going to be my new mommy. Sweet Pea hears foster Mommy but Mommy Sweet Pea just likes Mommy. With the
Reiki SweetPea will get strong. SweetPea needs the body to do its own healing work. Let’s all cheer for Sweet Pea!! Hooray!!!!

Here is a dog who was left abandoned and her last words are Hooray?! We humans have so much to learn from animals.

Then we heard back from foster Mom:

oh ming and candy, what a perfect reading! perfect! you know i have not met her in person yet. i did send her reiki, though i am brand new at distance healing. there are volunteers at the shelter that adore her, especially my new friend claire. the update for sweet pea is that the vet is doing tests on her and has been told by the health dept to put her down if she has anything incurable or if she is in pain that cant be managed. i am telling everyone at or affiliated with the shelter that i will pick her up at the vets office , bring her home and nurse her and love her back to health no matter what she’s got. i feel that her sicknesses are caused by stress from being at the shelter, from being abandoned by her family and then by her foster home too. she just fell apart. then she cried and collapsed today when she was pooping (diarrhea) she also threw up. they were going to put her down this weekend, but gave her a short reprieve. i hope the health dept lets her come home. i cant wait to hug her.

Sweet Pea said, is Sweet Pea better yet? Everybody is giving Reiki to Sweet Pea. Sweet Pea feels loved and special. Sarah keeps sending Sweet Pea all these loving messages. Reiki energy healing is racing through Sweet Pea’s whole body while all Sweet Pea has to do is relax and feel the love. Does everybody know that Sweet Pea feels so happy because of all the love? The angels are here guarding and protecting me. Sweet Pea is not afraid and Sweet Pea knows it will all be wonderful for Sweet Pea. is Sarah an angel too? Sweet Pea can feel her wrapping love and protection all around Sweet Pea.

Thank you sooooooo much Candy and Ming! What a wonderful reading. I feel peaceful. and good. I feel loved and protected by my divine teachers, my angels, my archangels. I am so thankful to them and to white horse and porcupine. wow white horse and porcupines teachings were perfect. I had asked the question that they answered. Thank you Ming and Candy. I feel full of peace and love just like our sweet pea does. Just like her dog brothers and sisters do, snoring next to me. i give thanks for my many blessings, and sweet pea does too.Much love and light from all of us.
