So last night was an exciting night for me. During our 3 Reiki sessions I saw the power animals in color! This is new for me. I also saw the Archangels Michael and Raphael join us in the sessions. It was marvelous! In the evening when I went to sleep I asked Archangel Raziel who helps psychic and spiritual blocks as well as dreams to help me with some dreams! I had this dream of seeing many animals and people too.. all in color. It was very vivid. Then I heard a voice, do you want to go? DO YOU WANT TO GO? Do you want to go? I heard myself say YES! (Imagine that!)
Then I saw a tapestry of colors like peacock feathers stretched out and I heard the word SHAMAN. Then I woke up. Peacock is very significant to me as it is also on my vision board: it means: You’re about to experience a vision that will greatly affect your life and the direction you are going in.. Also its fearless, beautiful, is right out there and bold. (Since I wrote this blog, that vision has come…)
Wow. Well several days ago Candy told me that our Reiki sessions are a tapestry of healing. She said because we incorporate the angels, the archangels as well as the power animals combined with the Reiki we have a TAPESTRY of healing. I had forgotten the word. Now that the word has come back I have to put it in print!
I was drawn to this information I found on line, it resonated with me!
Shamanism is working with the spirit, energy or consciousness of nature on behalf of a group of people or community for the purpose of spiritual healing. Shamans also work with the spirits of their ancestors and the spirits of animals.
Shamanism is not a religion and is not the same thing as Native American spirituality although some Native American tribes may practice Shamanism.
What does a Shaman Do?
The Shaman’s practice is characterized by the shift they make in freeing their soul, energy, or spirit from the body to Journey in order to seek out knowledge or for spirit healing for others.
Shamanic skills include: Journeying; Soul Retrieval; Healing – both of individuals and the land; Shapeshifting – changing form e.g. from person to a bird or animal and the Ability to work over a long distance. A shaman is a walker between worlds, the physical world and the Otherworld.
Shamans know themselves and are in harmony with themselves. A Shaman is ethical, non judgmental and has an open mind.
I think I may have a Shaman visiting me and may have been chosen as well to do something. I’ve found some information on Reiki Shamanism too. All very interesting. Definitely a tapestry! I am not sure we’ll see where the path goes but I’m excited to go!

so exciting Ming! reading about your experiences are opening up doors for me-the peacock is definitely showing you that there’s a tapestry going on- with you sharing your stories, people that are open to it can see the tapestry as well!
