In honor of Sophie the Siamese Cat: I write this with a lump in my throat as I just heard that Sophie has passed on. Tears fill my eyes because Sophie was a VIC, a very important cat. She received four reiki sessions from us. She’s even in our testimonials. She was the one that was grieving for her sister and sang to Candy “we are siamese, we are siamese”. By the 4th reiki session she was humming the song quietly. She was weaker and she knew her time was coming. She was even happy she would be seeing her sister. She was not sad, she was not scared, she was not in pain. She was in complete peace. For that we are always grateful. She loved her Mama so much and was so thankful for all that she had done for her. She wanted her Mama to not worry so much when she started eating less. She just wanted to enjoy her days in the sun. Five days ago her Mama asked us to reiki her. We did and I sent a big love cushion of angels to be with her before we were able to reiki her.
Her Mama sent me this picture. Her Mama said your angels are helping her she has been able to go out and enjoy the sun and grass! This picture warmed my heart. I took the picture after the reiki session and said to her Mama that I was going to send her angels everytime I thought of her and saw her picture. This picture sat up in the dashboard of my car. When I heard from her Mama this morning, I took the picture of Sophie and put it right on my desk where it is sitting right now.
There was one day when Sophie’s Mama and I were chatting and I told her, whisper in her ear that Ming and Candy say hi. Mama said Sophie opened her eyes and jumped off her lap.
We love you Sophie and we will miss you. You will always be a VIC.
Sophie is happy and with her sister Anne.
ADDENDUM April 25 My dear friend Bridget @petsaretalking touched based with Sophie and here is what she said. I am so touched and honored. Sophie truly is a VIC indeed.
I touched base with Sophie after reading about her passing. She said, “Tell Ming and Candy that I am going to help them with their work!”- She showed me her in heaven looking down on you two, and bringing her energy to your most difficult cases. She even showed me her putting her paws out to send Reiki down to you. She said that God asked her to help you because you’re doing important work. So, you’ve got your Siamese friend upstairs helping out.
I’m so sorry to hear of the loss of this VIP and special cat. But what a beautiful gift you gave so the moments could be enjoyed in the sunshine. Sounds like us earthly beings will really miss that VIPC. Thanks for all the you do and again so sorry to her mom for her loss of this special cat.
When it comes to being open to receiving great healing gifts, us humans could take a cue from VIC’s (and other Furry Ones) like Sophie.

Ohh that makes me so sad. I have the (other) biggest VIPC ever born on this planet or in the universe. !! Sigh. My heart and love goes out to Sophie’s Mamma. Candy and Ming: we are lucky to have you.

I am Sophie’s Mama. Thank you, everyone for your sympathy. It makes it a little easier to know that so many people connected with Sophie’s story. I am so glad I found Candy and Ming so I could make her last weeks better for her. I am so looking forward to hearing more about Sophie helping with Reiki! Thank you, Bridget!

Thanks Janet. You know you are right. I never dreamed this could have happened. I felt very connected to her and am so glad I took her picture to work with me that day. I was just being “me”. There was something so special about Sophie. And now look, she’s helping me out now! Animals teach us so much and blessed we are if we listen!
