This weekend I attended my little brother’s graduation. Steve already has his MD and MPH.  But this time he got his Masters in Spritual Psychology. www.gousm.edu I have watched him grow my whole life.  But what’s been so funny is that his growth has helped mine.  It doesn’t matter that I’m so many years older, we’ve always been close and watching his spiritual life grow has helped mine.  I never even had heard of the word Reiki until one day Steve came over to my house and started talking about it. What? Energy healing? He had been having the most profound experiences. He was telling me things my ears had never heard. Month after month he would come over and tell me something so sacred and awesome.  My mind started spinning. I always took whatever he shared with me and carefully digested it.  My curiosity was totally piqued. Candy had been having trouble sleeping during that time, she had tried everything, and I mean everything. Finally I said to Steve, “hey, Steve can you Reiki Candy for Xmas? He said absolutely. I was so excited yet I wanted Candy to be the guinea pig so to speak! After her session and her being able to sleep in the first time in weeks, I was amazed.   It wasn’t long after that I started devouring every bit of information I could get my hands on about Reiki.

So it began. We met Timothy Stuetz, our Reiki Master through Steve’s Reiki Master Norma Jean Young. Timothy told us he had never seen such brightest lights when he attuned us. I of course had no idea what he meant by it at the time but only in that it sounded great!

Here we are, Reiki practitioners helping to heal pets and people every day.  I owe this to my little brother, thanks Steve. If it weren’t for you, I wouldn’t be here. The impact you will make on Earth will be a big one Steve. I’ll be here to watch and support it! Love, your big Sis.
