Appreciating Pet Owners- Reiki for Mini Daschunds :Last week I was dismayed by some pet owners as you read about. This week pet owners have made me quite happy!! We got a request from a lady out in Atlanta. She didn’t know much about reiki but emailed us and asked if we could help her out because her rescued mini daschund was under stress. Two things come to me right away, one is, Reiki DEFINITELY can help because as we have been seeing over and over again, mental healings work and work well.  We’ve even been called the “experts” in mental healings for pets by our clients. The  second thing comes to mind is its so wonderful that this pet owner is so in tune to her pet, I mean, she is CONNECTED. Now that is awesome.  With these two positives going in, of course Reiki will work.  This wonderful Mama books a session.  She asks what to expect, is there anything she has to do to get ready etc.  All very common questions we get. And I try and answer the best I can especially when its someone that doesn’t know much about Reiki and is taking a chance.  After the session, we find a very nice dog who loves her Mama. Just wants to protect her and gets a bit stressed. But she does well with the mental healings.

Few days later, Mama asks us to Reiki the other Mini Daschund. And to her delight, afterwards, they are both sound asleep after the Reiki. For while we are giving Reiki to the boy dog, his sister is taking it all in as well which is very common.

Mama emails me later and says she loves them so much her heart aches. We can tell.  Some pet owners are just awesome, what a way to give back to them!! And they love you all the more for it! We do believe we will be giving more reiki to these two in the future!
