Since early December, I’ve been fostering a kitten named Jeremy who was a resident at the cat sanctuary where I volunteer. Jeremy has a hole in his heart that is severe and he is not expected to live long; a matter of months. He has more of a scared personality and while at the sanctuary he chose to spend his time wedged between a 4″ space between the filing cabinet and the wall. Though the sanctuary is a very open and loving environment he didn’t really have a personality suited to that situation. The sanctuary normally doesn’t foster out their cats but when I approached them about Jeremy they were willing to have me take him in the hopes that a more quiet and stable environment would do him good and to give him the experience of a home life for the short time he would be with us.

Jeremy said Jeremy is so happy with Mom. Mom always talks to Jeremy from Mom’s heart. Jeremy feels love and kindness from Mom’s heart to Jeremy’s. Jeremy is content at home. Jeremy likes the smells, the tastes, the feeling of peace for Jeremy because Jeremy is home. Yeah Mom! Jeremy is amazed at Mom’s endless energy. Mom is caring for so many things in the Universe. Jeremy knows you are sending Jeremy a guardian angel but Jeremy’s angel arrived awhile ago- Mom. Mom is forever Jeremy’s guardian angel. Oh, there other angels too? okay more love and kindness for Jeremy would be well received. Jeremy now can understand why Jeremy is so lucky to have 2 angels because they can do different things for Jeremy right?! Jeremy will rest and let both Jeremy’s angels surround Jeremy with their love and protection.
