Dilbert is three years old. We adopted him last April, just a month before Noah. Dilbert is just the most awesome buddy. He and our dog Sid have a great bond. He has the deepest purr and is just easy going. He likes to lick my face, play with Noah. Dilbert gained weight after we adopted him and then more after being on steroids this summer. He has not been able to take it off and this is a concern for us. He’s now at 20 pounds and needs to lose 3-5 pounds. He had his check-up yesterday and seems a bit lethargic, not his usual self after getting his vaccines. And, finally, he’s been having small coughing fits a couple times a week. Our veterinarian could find nothing for concern, but I’d like to know more about what is causing this. In summary, I’d like to be able to do something that will help Dilbert to be his healthiest and happiest. You did such wonders for Noah. I’d like to see Dilbert benefit from Reiki, too.
As we connected with Dilbert, Dilbert said Dilbert remembers this feeling because of Noah. Now every body is feeling this feeling because of Dilbert’s healing. Dilbert will help Dilbert get better. Mom worries about Dilbert. Dilbert can use Dilbert’s own healing energy whenever Dilbert needs it (Dilbert is talking about his wellness center that Reiki helps us tap into) Dilbert said Noah tried to help Dilbert with Noah’s healing energy but Noah’s energy didn’t reach inside. Maybe with the healing stuff, Dilbert won’t have to take anymore pills or even the best thing go to the vet for shots! Dilbert likes to stay home, snack, play, sleep, REPEAT. Dilbert likes doing this with Noah too. yay for angels for Dilbert but Dilbert will tell Noah not to jump on Dilbert’s angels!
Then we heard back from Mom:
Ming – Thank you so much for this. Dilbert slept through the healing but got up about 30 minutes ago. He perked up and was excited as ever for dinner. He ate his dinner and then tried to steal Noah’s. He’s now sitting by me, purring a lot and trying to clean my hand as I type. He already looks better. It was pretty funny to hear him talk about his schedule. I’m not surprised that Noah tried to help. Noah is really sweet and cuddly when he’s not tearing through the house. It’s lovely to hear how they understand when the other is having problems and that they try to help.
I will keep you updated on his progress, especially the weight loss.
